I am a Patisserie Chef and Cake Artist, graduated from Le Cordon Bleu London. Working as home baker from Dec’11, I undertake all kinds of cakes, customised cakes, cheesecakes, macarons, breads & desserts orders.
My venture previously named as “Spongy Affairs" have grown up leaps and bounds the past 6 years just by referrals, word of mouth and continuous patronage from our regular customers. They do so because every cake is made from scratch using fresh, natural and gourmet ingredients. I don’t compromise on quality, hence I don’t use premixes/preservatives/additives in any of my products.
I also conduct baking and cake decorating workshops from Basic to Advanced. The immense joy I get from the knowledge sharing is beyond words!
Currently, I have taken the business outside of the closed walls of my home with new name “Manami Bakes” and moved in into a new place. Looking forward to a great association with Blub and Key and all future customers I’ll be coming across through it. Thanks!
