Social distancing is ON. No lunches, no brunches, no tea parties, no happy hours and no weekend hops!!!

With all of us either trying to improve our cooking skills or busy trying to feed the all-time hungry tummies at home, we can easily run out of ideas for recipes. Not to mention, kids and even the grown-ups will easily tire of the regular home-made food. But since this situation cannot be helped during this pandemic (and since eating home-made, healthy food is good for you anyway), instead of complaining we can try to bring in some delicious desserts into our meals.

If you’re one of those looking to whip up a storm in the kitchen and want to bake something more interesting than the common chocolate cakes, then here we are talking about how to bake the 5 best desserts which are quick to make and require the least of the resources.

So this Tuesday Scoop we shall talk about 5 such desserts that require less than 5 ingredients

  • Banana Cinnamon Roll

Two ingredients that are a big hit in the vegan world are dates and bananas. And imagine a combination of the two. Just slice some banana lengthwise and bake for 45 mins at 100 degrees. Spread the dates paste on to the banana slices, mixed with a little vanilla and a pinch of salt and roll the slices. And as always, I love adding my twist to it so I sprinkle it with some cinnamon powder. The banana cinnamon roll is a healthier version of the regular cinnamon roll recipe and is definitely worth a try, especially for all you vegans and vegetarians!
